We are committed to preparing and presenting the highest quality recipes and beverages with artistic vision and finesse.  Our wide range of events include weddings, celebrations, parties, business events, and fundraising banquets.

Founders Dave and Yvette Newquist have been in the catering and food service industry for more than 25 combined years. Previously owning Firehouse Barbecue, they provided an ultimate experience for hundreds of weddings and events since 2001.

New Hock Farm Catered Events represents their long-held dream to expand and deliver full service, off-premise catering and delivery to California’s North Valley with menus reflecting a wide variety of choices appropriate for all occasions.
 
Lauren Freeman - General Manager 

Lauren graduated from Portland’s Corllege of Culinary Arts in 2009 and Chico State’s Small Business Management/Entrepreneurship program in 2014. Lauren’s previous experience includes Garde Manager Chef at Portland’s upscale 23 Hoyt, and working locally in the catering industry since 2009. 

To deliver our promise of the most delicious food we prepare your choices from our menus (or your favorite recipes) in our state-of-the art 38 foot mobile kitchen, fresh and piping hot at you location or special venue.

We provide unparalleled coordination for weddings, private parties and corporate or social events including: complete set up, delivery, decoration, servers, and clean up.
